S'mores and caramel dip

There's nothing better than a homemade dip with chocolate, marshmallows and caramel. 

Ingredients  

  • 1 packet of biscuits graham crackers
  • 1 packet of baking chocolate 
  • About twenty marshmallows 
  • 1/2 cup butter caramel 

Preparation   

  1. Preheat the barbecue on high.
  2. In a large foil plate, add the graham crackers graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows.
  3. Place the plate in the centre of the griddles and cook for 5-8 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
  4. Remove the plate from the barbecue and pour the caramel over the marshmallows.
