In this recipe, a sweet mix of flavours is combined with our fleur de sel caramel. Internally, Angelica in marketing has a big crush on this recipe! To be used as an appetizer for your next party.
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette of bread
- 3 peaches cut into quarters
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup La Lichée Flower of Salt Caramel
Preparation:
- Preheat the barbecue to medium-high.
- Heat the caramel slightly in the microwave.
- Brush the croutons and peach quarters with caramel.
- Place on the grill and grill the croutons and peaches for about 3 minutes on each side.
- When the croutons and peaches are golden, remove from the barbecue.
- Assemble your bites in the following order: croutons, ricotta, peaches and balsamic.
- Decorate with rosemary sprigs and serve.
