Shipping policy
*Delivery is free for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario on orders of $65 or more, before taxes and after rebates, except in certain regions.
*Delivery is free for New Brunswick and Nova Scotia on orders of $75 or more, before taxes and after rebates, except in certain regions.
*Delivery is free for the rest of Canada on orders of $80 or more before taxes and after rebates, except in certain regions.
Shipments within Canada can be handled by one of the following carriers:
- UPS
- Purolator
- Canada Post
- GLS Canada
- Other
If after two weeks you have still not received your parcel, please check the tracking number provided at the time of purchase. It is possible that certain delivery problems, beyond our control, have occurred. If this is the case, please contact us via our e-mail address: [email protected].

Delivery to P.O. Boxes
We do not offer free delivery on orders to P.O. Boxes. If you would like your package delivered to a P.O. Box, please contact us at the following email address: [email protected]. We will be happy to help you find a solution that suits all parties.
**Delivery to remote areas
We would like to inform you that some addresses may incur additional shipping costs due to generally higher rates in these regions. We propose that you pay 20% of the total order amount to help make these shipping costs more affordable.
Destinations accessible only by air
Locations where mail must be flown at least 6 months a year. You can consult the complete list of postal codes not eligible for free delivery by clicking here.

Order cancellation
If you are located in an area accessible only by air or in a remote area, our transactional site may still allow you to take advantage of free delivery. However, please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders. Our aim is to offer you a high-quality delivery service, but there are exceptional situations where delivery to certain remote areas may present logistical challenges.

Damages and issues
