The La Lichée mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by La Lichée ("La Lichée", "we" or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Mobile Terms of Service"). We may change or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such modifications will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

By accepting La Lichée's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of La Lichée through your wireless carrier to the cell phone number you have provided, even if your cell phone number is on a state or federal do not call list. Text messages can be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers and other commercial offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to register for this program in order to make purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of any purchase with La Lichée. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless service provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including your wireless service provider's charges.

You can withdraw from the service at any time. To do so, text the unique keyword STOP to +18337313397 or click on the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time unsubscribe confirmation SMS. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other La Lichée mobile message programs and wish to cancel them, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will need to unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective terms of use.

We may change the short code or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. Wireless operators supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid cell phone number. If you obtain a new cell phone number, you will be required to register for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for the failure, delay or misdelivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information and/or any actions you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service.
