Émilie's melting Brie

Our business development coordinator, Émilie, presents her favourite recipe. We too had a huge crush on her melting maple caramel brie. It's delicious when it's just out of the oven.

Ingredients  

  • 1 Brie cheese of about 350g
  • 1/2 cup of La Lichée's maple caramel 
  • 1/3 cup pecans 
  • 1 baguette of bread

Preparation  

  1. Place the Brie in an ovenproof bowl and cover with foil. 
  2. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.
  3. Slice the baguette to make croutons.
  4. Remove the Brie from the oven and add the pecans and caramel. 
  5. Broil croutons for 4 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
