Our business development coordinator, Émilie, presents her favourite recipe. We too had a huge crush on her melting maple caramel brie. It's delicious when it's just out of the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 Brie cheese of about 350g
- 1/2 cup of La Lichée's maple caramel
- 1/3 cup pecans
- 1 baguette of bread
Preparation
- Place the Brie in an ovenproof bowl and cover with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.
- Slice the baguette to make croutons.
- Remove the Brie from the oven and add the pecans and caramel.
- Broil croutons for 4 minutes.
- Enjoy!
