Ice cream and fleur de sel sandwich

An icy dessert that is a bit messy, but so delicious. Perfect for hot summer days, you'll love it. 

Ingredients  

  • 6 chocolate chip biscuits
  • Ice cream 
  • Caramel fleur de sel La Lichée

Preparation 

  1. Take a biscuit and add a spoonful of ice cream. 
  2. Add 1/2 tablespoon of caramel to the ice cream scoop.
  3. Close the sandwich with a second biscuit. 
  4. Enjoy!

Makes 3 servings.
