This snack of bananas, chocolate and our new vegan coconut caramel is quick and easy to make. And it's so tasty! We suggest adding a little (a lot) of caramel before eating!
Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 8 sticks
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp. coconut
- La Lichée Vegan Coconut Caramel
Preparation
- Cut bananas in half, then insert a stick into each banana.
- Put in freezer for 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave until smooth.
- Dip bananas into melted chocolate to cover the ⅔ of each banana.
- Return to freezer for 30 minutes.
- Add a generous drizzle of La Lichée Vegan Coconut Caramel over the bananas, then sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
- Enjoy!
