Vegan Coconut Caramel and Chocolate Banana Popsicles

This snack of bananas, chocolate and our new vegan coconut caramel is quick and easy to make. And it's so tasty! We suggest adding a little (a lot) of caramel before eating! 


Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 8 sticks 
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp. coconut
  • La Lichée Vegan Coconut Caramel

Preparation

  1. Cut bananas in half, then insert a stick into each banana.
  2. Put in freezer for 2 hours.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave until smooth.
  4. Dip bananas into melted chocolate to cover the ⅔ of each banana.
  5. Return to freezer for 30 minutes.
  6. Add a generous drizzle of La Lichée Vegan Coconut Caramel over the bananas, then sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
  7. Enjoy!
