There's nothing better than a comforting, caramelized cookie recipe! These cookies, made with our new vegan coconut caramel, are decadent! You'll have a hard time stopping at one!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup gluten-free flour
- ¼ cup of sugar
- ¼ cup of oat milk
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- ⅓ cup of vegan chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup dried raisins
- ¼ cup La Lichée vegan coconut caramel
- 1 tsp. yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
- Form dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Put in the oven for 15 minutes and let cool.
- Add a generous drizzle of La Lichée's vegan coconut caramel before enjoying!
