Vegan Chocolate, Raisin and Caramel Coconut Cookies

There's nothing better than a comforting, caramelized cookie recipe! These cookies, made with our new vegan coconut caramel, are decadent! You'll have a hard time stopping at one!


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup of sugar 
  • ¼ cup of oat milk
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil 
  • ⅓ cup of vegan chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup dried raisins
  • ¼ cup La Lichée vegan coconut caramel
  • 1 tsp. yeast 
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
  3. Form dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Put in the oven for 15 minutes and let cool.
  5. Add a generous drizzle of La Lichée's vegan coconut caramel before enjoying!
