La Lichée maple caramel sweet and salty croissants

We present you with a recipe that is the best of both worlds! Sweet and savoury, this croissant is delicious at any time of the day. Satisfaction guaranteed every time!


Ingredients

  • 3 fresh croissants
  • 9 slices of ham
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 3 tsp. La Lichée's maple caramel

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a small bowl, place the 3 teaspoons of maple caramel and heat in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds
  3. Once heated, add the mustard and mix.
  4. Cut the croissants in half and place them on an ovenproof tray
  5. Spread the mustard on the croissants and place the ham and cheese on top
  6. Close the croissants and put them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes
  7. Taste it!
