Pita bread with marshmallows, bananas and La Lichée's butter caramel

This little snack is perfect for fans of our butter caramel! This dessert is definitely a favourite of the marketing team. This sweet treat is sure to satisfy the sweet tooth at home!


Ingredients

  • A pita bread
  • ⅓ cup of La Lichée's butter caramel
  • ½ banana
  • A handful of mini marshmallows
  • 6 squares of La Lichée's caramel fleur de sel chocolate bar, cut into pieces

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the caramel over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mash the ½ banana.
  4. Add the banana to the caramel and heat over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture becomes smooth.
  5. Spread the caramel and banana mixture on the pita bread.
  6. Garnish with marshmallows and broken chocolate pieces.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Taste.
