Here's a recipe for our chocolate caramel lovers! This brownie is simply the perfect recipe to sweeten your mouth!
Ingredients:
- 2 La Lichée caramel fleur de sel chocolate bars cut into small pieces
- La Lichée chocolate caramel
- ⅔ cup of butter
- ¾ cup walnuts, cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup maple sugar
- ½ cup of flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Put the two chocolate bars and the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Using a whisk, mix to a smooth texture.
- Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate caramel to the mixture and whisk.
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, maple sugar, salt and vanilla and whisk.
- Gradually stir in the chocolate, the caramel and flour. Mix.
- Add the walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into the mould.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then leave to cool for a few minutes.
- Cut into squares and add a generous drizzle of chocolate caramel.
