La Lichée chocolate caramel brownies

Here's a recipe for our chocolate caramel lovers! This brownie is simply the perfect recipe to sweeten your mouth!


Ingredients:


Preparation: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  3. Put the two chocolate bars and the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Using a whisk, mix to a smooth texture.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate caramel to the mixture and whisk. 
  6. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, maple sugar, salt and vanilla and whisk.
  7. Gradually stir in the chocolate, the caramel and flour. Mix.
  8. Add the walnuts.
  9. Pour the mixture into the mould.
  10. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then leave to cool for a few minutes.
  11. Cut into squares and add a generous drizzle of chocolate caramel.
