How about a caramel popcorn with a spicy twist? For your board game nights or to enjoy in front of a good movie.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of popcorn
- 1/2 cup of your favourite La Lichée caramel
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Spices :
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
Preparation:
- Heat the caramel and bicarbonate of soda over low heat
- Once the caramel is sufficiently liquid, add the spice mixture and mix well
- Pour the caramel over the popped corn and stir
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour at 200°F, stirring every 20 minutes.
