La Lichée caramel scallops on summer salad

This sweet and salty recipe is simply exquisite. For fans of our maple caramel, this meal will enchant your summer evenings!

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 peach
  • 2 green onions
  • 4 large basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • 12 mini scallops
  • La Lichée Maple Caramel
  • Croutons

Preparation

  1. Cut the orange, tomato, peach, green onions and 2 basil leaves into small pieces and mix together.
  2. Add lime zest and mix again.
  3. Sauté the mini scallops for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Place scallops on salad.
  5. Add a generous drizzle of caramel and decorate with the remaining 2 basil leaves.
  6. Serve with croutons
