Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 tomato
- 1 peach
- 2 green onions
- 4 large basil leaves
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 12 mini scallops
- La Lichée Maple Caramel

Preparation
- Cut the orange, tomato, peach, green onions and 2 basil leaves into small pieces and mix together.
- Add lime zest and mix again.
- Sauté the mini scallops for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Place scallops on salad.
- Add a generous drizzle of caramel and decorate with the remaining 2 basil leaves.
- Serve with croutons
