Ingredients
- A burrata
- A baguette of bread
- 1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. thyme
- 1 tbsp. butter
- La Lichée Maple Caramel
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown the mushrooms in the butter with the thyme and 1 tbsp. of La Lichée Maple Caramel for about 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut your baguette to make four rectangular croutons.
- Put the croutons in the oven for about 5 minutes, until they are toasted.
- On each crouton, spread the inside of the burrata, the mushrooms, and add a generous drizzle of La Lichée maple caramel.
