Burrata, mushroom, toasted baguette and caramel La Lichée

Burrata, mushrooms, and La Lichée maple caramel. An impeccable blend of flavours! This recipe is perfect for entertaining your guests.


Ingredients

  • A burrata
  • A baguette of bread
  • 1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. thyme
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • La Lichée Maple Caramel

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown the mushrooms in the butter with the thyme and 1 tbsp. of La Lichée Maple Caramel for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut your baguette to make four rectangular croutons.
  4. Put the croutons in the oven for about 5 minutes, until they are toasted.
  5. On each crouton, spread the inside of the burrata, the mushrooms, and add a generous drizzle of La Lichée maple caramel.
  6. Enjoy!
