We decided to reinvent a great classic: grilled cheese. We won't hide it, the whole team has a big crush on the recipe. The mixture of brie and caramel goes perfectly together... even Grandma Gertrude "capotes"!
Ingredients
- Household bread
- 1 Brie cheese
- 1 green apple
- Caramel La Lichée of your choice
- Butter
Preparation
- Butter 2 slices of bread.
- Slice the cheese and apples into strips.
- Place the apples, cheese and caramel on the unbuttered side.
- Cook in a frying pan until the sides are crisp and golden.
Serve with a small salad and a balsamic-oil-caramel-salt-pepper dressing.
