Brownies with chocolate mint cream caramel

Discover our newest caramel, chocolate mint cream caramel, in this completely chocolatey brownie recipe! It's a festive recipe, perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 La Lichée caramel fleur de sel chocolate bars cut into pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ⅓ cup of vegan chocolate chips
  • ½ cup of flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of La Lichée chocolate mint cream caramel
  • 1 mold 8.5 x 8.5 inches

 

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix eggs and sugar and set aside.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate bar over low heat, then whisk together.
  4. Add chocolate mixture to eggs and sugar.
  5. Add flour and baking powder and mix.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of La Lichée chocolate mint cream caramel and the chocolate chips, then mix again.
  7. Pour the mixture into a square pan.
  8. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  9. Once baked, cut the brownie into squares and add a generous drizzle of chocolate crème de menthe caramel.
