Ingredients
- 2 La Lichée caramel fleur de sel chocolate bars cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup of vegan chocolate chips
- ½ cup of flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of La Lichée chocolate mint cream caramel
- 1 mold 8.5 x 8.5 inches
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix eggs and sugar and set aside.
- Melt butter and chocolate bar over low heat, then whisk together.
- Add chocolate mixture to eggs and sugar.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix.
- Add 2 tablespoons of La Lichée chocolate mint cream caramel and the chocolate chips, then mix again.
- Pour the mixture into a square pan.
- Put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Once baked, cut the brownie into squares and add a generous drizzle of chocolate crème de menthe caramel.
