Caramel Love

Once opened, we advise you to keep your jar of caramel in the fridge. This is simply to prevent little bacteria from spoiling the party - especially if the jar lasts a while (we don't judge if you finish it in two days though 😄).

But be warned: caramel becomes firmer in the cold. It's perfectly normal! Here's how to keep it soft

Don't feel like beating yourself up with a spoon in a rock-hard pot? Here are our simple and effective tips:

  • Take a small portion in a small jar for quick cravings. You can leave the jar at room temperature for a few days. 
  • Or even simpler: a quick 5 to 10 seconds in the microwave and hey presto! It's runny, smooth and ready to top anything you like.
