Caramel ice cream and chocolate cookies

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream (or your favourite)
  • Chocolate cookie pieces
  • Caramel fleur de sel (or the one that makes your heart beat faster)

Preparation

  1. Place a thick layer of softened ice cream at the bottom of a masson jar.
  2. Sprinkle a generous handful of chocolate cookie pieces over the ice cream.
  3. Drizzle the cookies with a generous amount of caramel fleur de sel. 
  4. Repeat the layers until the pot is almost full.
  5. Place the jar in the freezer for about 30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend and the ice cream to regain its consistency.
  6. Enjoy.
