To delight your taste buds, La Lichée and Mille et Une Noix have combined two of our products to create a gourmet dessert recipe that will remind you of Snickers bars! I promise you won't be able to resist the combination of creamy peanut butter, salted caramel and chocolate.
Ingredients
➤ For the base :

1 ¼ cups ground almonds

¼ cup cocoa powder

3 tbsp. coconut oil, melted and cooled

3 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract
➤ For the trim :
-
⅓ de caramel fleur de sel La Lichée
-
¾ cup unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped
➤ For the top:
-
¾ cup dark chocolate chips
-
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation
- Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract until thick and crumbly.
- Press the mixture evenly into the mould using the back of a spoon or your fingers.
- Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and spread a thin layer of caramel, then add the chopped peanuts and cover with peanut butter.
- Return to freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each interval.
- Add the melted coconut oil to the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Remove from freezer and cover evenly with melted chocolate.
- Return to freezer for at least 30 minutes.

Before serving, let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into 16 bars.
