Ingredients
- Pillsbury Brand Pie Crust
- 3 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- La Lichée Pumpkin Spice Caramel
- Vanilla ice cream
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Roll out pie crust and form 4 or 5 rounds about 5 inches wide.
- Mix the apples with the sugar, cinnamon, and a large spoonful of La Lichée Pumpkin Spice Caramel.
- Place a few apples on each circle of pie crust, then close the edges to make a tartlet.
- Place in oven for 15 minutes.
- Once served, add a scoop of ice cream to each tartlet, along with a generous coulis of La Lichée Spiced Pumpkin Caramel.
