For all those who love s'mores and butter caramel, here is the recipe to make! This gourmet dessert is perfect to make with the family, all year long. A real treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 ¼ cups of flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- A few large marshmallows cut in half
- 2 commercial chocolate bars cut into rectangles
- 1 jar of La Lichée butter caramel
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Slowly add the dry ingredient mixture and mix.
- Fill a mini muffin tin with a tablespoon of the mixture.
- Press the batter into the muffin tin with the spoon so that there is a small hole in each muffin.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Add La Lichée butter caramel to the hole in each muffin.
- Then add a marshmallow cut in half and return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Once the marshmallows are golden brown, remove them from the oven and place a piece of chocolate on each cookie.
