Thumbprints by La Lichée x Cookie Bluff

In partnership with our friends at Cookie Bluff, we present our thumbprint biscuit recipe! Perfect for the beginning of autumn, they will satisfy your sweet tooth. We suggest you enjoy them with a big glass of milk :-) ! 

Ingredients: 

  • A jar of Cookie Bluff Apple Crisp flavour 
  • A jar of pumpkin spice fudge 

Preparation: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and place rack in centre.
  2. Make balls of biscuit dough and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Using a spoon, crush the centre of the biscuits to form a hollow.
  4. Put the biscuits in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. 
  5. Allow to cool. 
  6. Add the caramel to the centre of the biscuits. 
  7. Enjoy!
